Connect Group Opportunities
Agape Class
Come get to know us! Our class is a mixture of singles and couples from the ages of 50’s to 70’s. We are a relaxed group of believers who study Biblical text and how it should be applied to our everyday lives. Members of our Connect Group can expect to learn about the Bible, historical information related to the culture of Biblical times, and the people who played a part in writing and carrying forth the Good News. We’d love to have you join us!
Meeting time: Sundays, 9:45 am

Bridge Builders
Bridge Builders is a Women’s Mission Group. Other mission groups meet in the evening and in the afternoon, so, this Connect Group is for members who prefer to meet in the morning. We are a small group but hope that other women will join us as we learn about missions, both in foreign countries, in America, and right here in our hometown. We also pray for missionaries, support mission work financially, and participate in mission projects by supporting our monthly mission action opportunities.
Meeting time: The second Thursday of each month, 10:00 am

Everyone is welcome to join our warm and friendly environment of warm and caring believers in Jesus, who’s core belief is Growing in our faith, together! We are also Prayer Warriors who are open and honest with one another, and serve as accountability partners, as well. Our interactive Bible study and life application discussions
are taken from the Lifeway Quarterly Sunday School curriculum. For food, fun, and Christian fellowship, look no further than the Christian Seeds Connect Group!

Koinonia
We are a family of senior-age Christians mostly made up of couples. Our class name’s definition is the Christian fellowship or body of believers. The importance of true Christian fellowship (Koinonia) is it helps us focus on Christ and His goals and desires for our lives. True Christian fellowship sharpens one another’s faith. It stirs us to exercise that faith in love and by good works, all to God’s glory! We are very involved in Christmas Cheer and financially assist when a need arises. We are currently studying lessons from the “Connections Study Guide” – Bible version NRSV. Please come and check us out!

Ladies’ Friendship Group
Are you looking for a place to belong and to share and fellowship in a positive, encouraging environment with like-minded women? If so, look no further. Our Connect Group meets monthly for a devotional, prayer, and social time. We occasionally meet at other times for day trips!
Meeting Time: Last Friday of each month, 10:00 am
Meeting Place: Church Library, second floor, FBCM
Neighborhood Disciples
So once those mid-fifties hit, you may have some new things in common, such as marriage challenges, grown children, and grandchildren. Our Connect Group desires to go deeper into God’s Word, and provides a safe and supportive atmosphere to be open and honest about our journey with Jesus. Our current study comes from Bible Studies for Life, ‘How to Avoid Life’s Pitfalls.’ We also enjoy getting together outside of church for food, fun, and fellowship! Come join us!
